Therapeutic Approach:
Possitive change is fostered when people connect openly, respectfully,
with curiosity and through self directed accountability. Therapy
is no different. My background in family systems theory enables
me to work with you in our counseling sessions to consider how multiple
factors impact your daily life. These factors include past &
present relationships, cultural beliefs & practices, family
of origin dynamics, emotional & physical health and spirituality.
I engage the Christian counseling process from a solution-focused
perspective. I will work to understand and evaluate your personal
strengths and past successes in addressing your presenting concerns.
Most of all, I will listen to your needs and work with you to identify
a treatment approach that works best for you.
